That's another of my hobbies and I'm always interested in seeing other's work.

AlterGate makes most of the sigs and graphics for our page. I'll have to ask the other members later to ask if they have any photoshop skills; I think Dathron from the Shadow Ninjas and EdElric have some talent in that area.

I'll have to get with AlterGate to see what programs he uses to see if he uses what I have. It's always good to have added knowledge.

I use Picassa3 and Gimp and Printshop 12. Each one has different things which sometimes a sig will require. With the Printshop 12, I am able to by hand, closely crop an image from another image then place it on still yet something else. An example of that would be (using a RL picture for the background): or With Gimp, I can add textures to the photo or "smear" areas or copy an area: (added more flowers here and there) or (I removed her wings and added fern looking marks here and there) (added more ripples to the water) With the Picasa3, I like using that for the Fonts and placement of them: (notice how it looks like his name is carved in his staff?)

Nice job Bre ;D I use an old version of photoshop but it still holds up well. In order to take out images to use as macros to put onto backgrounds I use the mask tool to make my selections like so: Example 1: Original Image I then make the mask using the mask button in photoshop and paint in my selection. Example 2: After that's done, I invert my selection to turn and it's now free to drop into any background like so. Example 3: --- I used to make sigs on Pojo (this was where I first met Jack lol) Here are some works I made on that site: Gundam 00 playmat (the background was a vectorized screencap and the two other layer elements were custom vectorized): An old sig I made for StardustKnight: One of my old sigs: A sig I made for Varg the Legend

Thank you Mr. Atlas I'll have to try the masking to see if that's quicker than how I had been cropping. The Gimp program has a lot of features and I really haven't taken the time to try them all out. I guess a person gets comfortable with certain things from certain programs and never takes the time to see what else is there.
